What is it and what is it for?

Chamomile Tea of Aquilea is a natural solution in the form of chamomile tea that relieves digestion after each meal and thus avoids those tummy discomforts.

There are times when we eat our digestion is not done completely well, or it can even take much longer than it usually takes. This is what is known as heavy digestion, and it can affect anyone at any time in their life. Aquilea Chamomile Infusion is formulated for people with heavy digestion.

Chamomile Tea has an antispasmodic, carminative and digestive action.

Sweet or common chamomile increases the production of gastrointestinal juices and produces relaxation of the smooth muscle, favoring digestion and gastrointestinal transit. It is also thought that it may have certain anti-inflammatory effects due to its lactones. It also exerts a slight sedative effect. It is used in digestive disorders such as dyspepsia and its associated symptoms, as well as in anxiety states. It is tranquilizing so it is useful in sleep disorders, it reduces muscle tension. Topically it has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties.

How to use?

Place a bag of Chamomile Tea in a cup. Pour boiling water and let stand for 2 to 5 minutes, covering the cup to avoid the loss of volatile compounds.

It can be sweetened with sugar, artificial sweeteners or honey. You can take 3-4 cups daily, preferably after meals.

To drink cold, add ice once the resting time has elapsed.
