How to use?

Pour 200ml of boiling water over a bag and let it infuse for 5-8 minutes. Sweeten to taste.

Take 1 infusion half an hour before going to bed.

Recommended daily amount: 2 gr. equivalent to 1 bag

24% Melissa (Melissa officinalis L., aerial part), 23% Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L., aerial part), 20% Valerian (Valeriana officinalis, root), 10% Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Miller, aerial parts), 8% Hawthorn (Crataegus sp, leaf and flower), 10% lemon aroma and 5% Linden (Tilia argentea, flower and plant)

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
