What is it and what is it for?

Diclokern Forte gel contains Diclofenac diethylamine as an active ingredient, which belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and acts as a local analgesic and anti-inflammatory.

Diclokern Forte gel is indicated for the local relief of mild and occasional pain and inflammation caused by: small bruises, bumps, strains, torticollis or other contractures, lumbago (back pain) and minor sprains caused by a sprain. . Diclokern Forte gel is indicated for adults and adolescents over 14 years of age.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before using this medicine.

Diclokern Forte is indicated in adults and adolescents over 14 years of age for the local relief of mild and occasional pain and inflammation caused by:

• minor bruises, bumps, strains
• torticollis or other contractures
• Occasional back pain (as a result of sports activities or during activities of daily living)
• minor sprains caused by a sprain.

How to use?

Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age:

• Apply a small amount of gel to the inflamed or painful area twice a day, every 12 hours (preferably in the morning and at night).
• The amount of gel will vary depending on the size of the affected area (normally, it will be enough to apply an amount similar to the size of between a cherry and a walnut).

How is the gel applied?

• For the first use of the tube, unscrew the cap, insert the back of the cap into the piece that closes the tube and turn the cap until the tube opens.
• Spread a thin layer of gel over the area of skin where pain and inflammation exists by gently massaging it.
• Close the tube tightly after use.
• Wash your hands after each application.

Composition

Active principle

• Each gram of gel contains 23.2 milligrams of Diclofenac diethylamine.

Excipients

• Propylene Glycol (E-1520), Oleyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Butylhydroxytoluene, Diethylamine, Liquid Paraffin, Macrogol Cetostearyl Ether,
  Carbomer, Cocoyl caprylocaprate, Cream perfume 45399 (contains hexyl benzoate) and Purified water.

Warnings and Contraindications

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

It does not require any special storage conditions.

External use. Do not eat.

Do not use Diclokern Forte after the expiry date stated on the packaging. The expiration date is the last day of the month indicated.

Once opened, discard the tube with the remaining gel after 12 months.

Do not use Diclokern Forte:

• If you are allergic to diclofenac or any other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine used to treat pain, fever or inflammation such as ibuprofen or acetylsalicylic acid or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • Symptoms related to an allergic reaction to these medications may include: asthma, difficulty breathing, rash or itching, swelling of the face or tongue, and runny nose.
• If you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
• Do not apply to wounds, eczematous lesions, mucous membranes, or burns.
• If you are under 14 years old
