What is it and what is it for?

Dexeryl Emollient Cream is specially formulated for the care of dry skin of the entire family. Dexeryl Emollient Cream is a health product that is indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of dry skin (xerosis), particularly in various skin conditions. (such as atopic dermatitis, ichthyosis…) and erythema induced by radiotherapy.

Thanks to its new optimized paraben-free formula, Dexeryl effectively hydrates and repairs the skin of the face and body, providing a feeling of immediate relief.

In addition, Dexeryl is recommended for the care of a baby’s fragile skin from birth.

Dexeryl is formulated to treat the signs and symptoms of dry skin (xerosis):

• The film-forming effect of filant Vaseline and liquid paraffin:
  • It physically inhibits evaporation, thus preventing dehydration (water loss).
  • It exerts a barrier effect against external damage.
• In addition, the moisturizing effect of glycerol helps maintain water balance in the skin.

Thanks to its formulation, Dexeryl Emollient Cream also reduces and helps prevent irritation.

How to use?

First: Use a cleansing product that does not dry out the skin and is suitable for atopic eczema, such as Dexeryl Shower Cream.

Then, apply the cream in a thin layer to clean, dry skin on the body or face, once or twice a day, or more times if necessary (maximum 6 applications daily).

It can be used in babies and small children from birth.

Composition

3 essential components:

• Glycerol: Moisturizing action. Captures water molecules to hydrate the layers of the epidermis. A hygroscopic molecule that promotes the movement of water towards the epidermis
• Vaseline and Paraffin: Protective action. They create a protective film on the skin. A protective barrier that limits transepidermal water loss.

Ingredients:

Glycerol, petrolatum, liquid paraffin, glycerol monostearate, stearic acid, dimethicone, macrogol 600, trolamine, acrylamide/acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, isohexadecane, polysorbate, pentylene glycol, ethylhexylglycerin, carbomer, purified water.

Warnings and Contraindications

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Do not store at a temperature above 30°C.

External use. Do not eat.

Do not apply in case of allergy to any of its components.

Given the lack of information in this regard, it is preferable not to use the cream together with other topically applied products.

Do not apply to wounds, membranes, mucous membranes and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, wash with plenty of water.

Do not use if the packaging is damaged.

Do not use after the expiration date stated on the packaging.

Once opened, use within 6 months.
