Arkopharma Omega 3 Capsules is a food supplement specially designed for cardiovascular health.
The Spanish Heart Foundation (FEC) states that the consumption of omega 3 contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels.
Omega 3 is a fish oil rich in essential fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. In addition, DHA helps normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
These acids that are not produced by our body and that, therefore, we must incorporate into the body through food, provide benefits in different physiological processes. They are distributed throughout all the cells of the body and modify the composition and function of their plasma membrane. Thus, they determine the structure and functionality of the body’s cells.
The foods richest in omega 3 are land vegetables (walnuts, wheat, soy, flax, etc.) and marine animals (fatty fish such as salmon, krill, mackerel, sardines, etc.).
How to use?
Arkopharma Omega 3 Capsules can be used from 6 years old.
Take 4 capsules a day, 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 at dinner with a glass of water.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
Composition
Arkopharma Omega 3 Capsules contains:
Fish oil (Family of Salmonids, Clupeids, Engraulids) rich in EPA and DHA
Antioxidants: Extract rich in tocopherols, propyl gallate, L-ascorbyl palmitate.
MARINE CAPSULE: Gelatin (fish)
Glycerol.
