What is it and what is it for?

Arkopharma Hawthorn Capsules is a traditional herbal medicine to relieve nervousness with an exaggerated perception of heartbeats (palpitations) and in case of difficulty sleeping, based exclusively on its traditional use.

Hyperoside and vitexin (flavonoids) act as heart rate regulators, reducing heart palpitations in people with anxiety and nervousness. It also acts in a general way on the circulatory system, increasing coronary flow and guaranteeing the heart muscle a greater supply of oxygenated blood.

Due to its cardiotonic properties and vasodilating effects, it can be useful in case of cardiac arrhythmias. Likewise, it helps alleviate the problems associated with heart failure.

On the other hand, it exerts a sedative activity on the central nervous system, relieving nervousness, tension and irritability that may be accompanied by palpitations. This activity reduces difficulty sleeping.

How to use?

Arkopharma Hawthorn Capsules are taken orally. Only reserved for the use of adults.

Nervousness: Take 1 capsule at breakfast, lunch and dinner with a glass of water.
Difficulty sleeping: Take 2 capsules in the middle of the afternoon and another 2 capsules before going to bed with a glass of water.
The recommended duration of treatment is 4 weeks. If symptoms persist after 2 weeks of treatment, the patient should consult their doctor or pharmacist.

Its administration is not recommended to children under 18 years of age.

Composition

350 mg of cryoground flowering tops of Crataegus monogyna Jacq. (Lindm.) and C. laevigata (Poiret) D.C. (C. oxyacanthoides Thuill.) (Hawthorn).
