Arkopharma Echinacea Capsules is a traditional herbal medicine for the supportive treatment of the common cold, based exclusively on its traditional use.

Echinacea, also known as Echinacea, is a genus of flowering plants in the Asteraceae family. This plant has several species of echinacea, but the three most common are Echinacea purpurea, Echinacea angustifolia and Echinacea pallida. This is a plant known for its distinctive flowers with pink or purple petals and a prominent central cone.

This plant has been traditionally used as a natural remedy in the following cases:

• Immune System Boosting: Echinacea has traditionally been used to strengthen the immune system and help the body fight disease.
• Relief of symptoms of colds and flu: this plant has also been used to relieve symptoms of colds and flu. In turn, the polysaccharides that make up this plant have also been linked to beneficial immune system responses. Completing the puzzle of echinacea’s beneficial compounds are flavonoids (such as rutin, quercetin and lutolin), with their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

How to use?

Arkopharma Echinacea Capsules is used in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: Take 2 capsules at breakfast, 2 capsules at lunch and 2 capsules at dinner with a glass of water.

Treatment should begin with the first symptoms of the cold. If symptoms persist after 10 days, the clinical situation should be evaluated.

Composition

Arkopharma Echinacea Capsules contains 250 mg of cryoground roots of Echinacea purpurea L. Moench (Echinacea).
