What is it and what is it for?

Almirón Advance 1 (know as Aptamil in the UK and IE) is a starter milk for infants that can be used from the newborn’s first day to 6 months of age. It is specially developed to cover your baby’s nutritional needs at each stage of her development.

The most recent innovation of Almirón Advance 1 (Aptamil) contains Pronutra, a combination of:

• Proprietary blend scGOS/IcFOS(9:1)
• DHA/AA fatty acids (Omega 3/Omega 6)
• And Nucleotides.
• No palm oil

Due to its composition, Almirón Advance 1 (Aptamil) brings together in a single product the different nutrients necessary for the correct development of our baby, which makes it an ideal option if feeding with breast milk is not possible or insufficient.

The ideal diet for infants is breast milk. In the event that this is not possible or is insufficient, it is the pediatrician who can best advise on the type of infant milk to use. Do not change this milk without the recommendation of your pediatrician.

How to use?

Add a scoop of Almirón Advance 1 (Aptamil) for every 30 ml of water. Each scoop contains 4.6g of product.

• STEP 1: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water whenever handling a bottle and sterilize all utensils for the first time.
• STEP 2: Following the dosage table, pour the amount of water into the bottle. It is advisable to use natural mineral water suitable for preparing baby food, which is warm for better dissolution of the powder.
  • If using tap water, boil enough water for 1 to 2 minutes and let it cool to 40ºC.
• STEP 3: Measure each dose exactly, using only the scoop inside and using the leveler on the container.
• STEP 4: Add the corresponding number of level, uncompressed measures to the bottle, following the dosage table.
  • Cover the bottle and shake it vigorously vertically for 10 seconds, until the powder is completely dissolved.

Warnings and Contraindications

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place, below 25ºC. Not in the refrigerator.

Keep away from possible heat sources.

Do not consume after the expiration date that appears on the packaging.

Always use well prepared milk. Consume within 2 hours. Do not keep bottle remains for later feedings.

The correct preparation and dosage of the product is essential for the health of the infant and there could be risks in case of inadequate preparation.

Once the container is opened, it should be consumed within 4 weeks.
