Melatonin Forte from Farline is a food supplement based on California poppy, passionflower and valerian in bilayer tablets. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep, and to alleviating the subjective sensation of jet lag.

Melatonin Forte provides 1.85 mg of Melatonin, 100 mg of California Poppy, 50 mg of Valerian and 100 mg of Passionflower in bilayer tablets. The first layer, blue, releases Melatonin in a first phase, to help you fall asleep. The second layer releases Valerian, Passionflower and California Poppy in a second phase, to contribute to optimal relaxation and restful sleep. Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep, and relieves the subjective sensation of jet lag.

How to use?

Take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water.
