MEDICATION REVIEW

A pharmaceutical consultation which improves the knowledge and understanding of medication use. Here at your pharmacy, we provide the service of reviewing your medications and their use. This service is for all members of the public, but it is especially aimed at patients with asthma, COPD, diabetes, or hypertension, who take antiplatelet/anticoagulant medications, or who are poly-medicated. The objective of this consultation is to help reduce the symptoms and complications caused by these medical problems, and to identify any issues related to the medication, including the need for more information and support.
